Riders/Skaters expect high quality ramps. Only top quality materials such as Skatelite Pro riding surface (the choice of pros) are used in our construction process.

Coming from the Aerospace industry we have bought the latest flow-line techniques, together with precision jigs and fixtures to consistently produce the highest standard of Skate Park equipment available in the UK today. Just ask our customers and view any of our independent RoSPA Post Installation Inspections Reports.
All equipment is delivered, installed and ready to use the same day.

Equipment is modular and can be added too or easily removed and replaced with different equipment to keep the park fresh and interesting.

 

 

 
A: Coping   G: Barred Enclosing System  

All 50mm diameter coping’s are fully galvanised, capped by welding laser profiled steel disc’s to the ends and fit the transitions perfectly without any finger traps.

We have designed our barred enclosing system after consultation with the Police and RoSPA which allows clear vision through the ramps to prevent both blind spots and hiding areas. Also unlike ramps that are enclosed with galvanised sheeting they are quiet and do not provide a blank canvass for obscene graffiti (see noise tests). All enclosed ramps have a padlocked gated for simple litter removal.

B: Surface Fixings   H: 3 Layer Riding Surface System

C: Heavy Duty Galvanised Steel Plate   I: Tarmac  

Heavy Duty Galvanised Steel Plate encloses the Skatelite Pro riding surface to prevent wear and damage.

The Tarmac surface is just as important as the equipment and should be smooth and free draining to avoid water retention.

D: Base Plates   J: Structure and Substrate  

Our Base Plates are constructed from High Grade Stainless Steel strengthened with box section joists and are fully adjustable ensuring correct fitment to both Skatelite Pro and Tarmac surface.

Underneath the ramps are just as impressive, fully joisted with a galvanised steel substrate (no wood or phenolic board used). A 25 year structural guarantee that includes the substrate (which other companies who use wood or phenolic board can not offer). Fixings are hidden within the box section and capped.

E: Safety Railings   K: Barred Enclosing  

Safety Railings are manufactured from 22mm diameter tubing (which is up to 5 times stronger than solid bar) and 40mm steel box section both fully galvanised.

F: Wear Plates   L: Box Section Joist  

Wear plates are fitted as standard to alleviate wear from BMX stunt pegs and ALL structural fixings used are again High Quality Anti Vandal (Tamper Proof) Stainless Steel with only round head bolts used externally to prevent users catching clothing our worse body parts.

Box section joist are not just welded to the support plates but go through the laser profiled transition plates to provide rigidity and greater strength.
